When the Duke sees something he likes he pulls his strings fast. Sometimes they don't even see him come he is that smooth.

Gus has nothing to do with their recruiting, he is responsible for the junior pathways........

Sullivan is the one in charge of recruiting......former Rooster dude

GOT is completed.

Great first 5 seasons. And one of the best shows I have seen to that point. Seasons six is fun also. But once season 7 starts it begins a downhill spiral. Season 8 is terrible and the final episode is partially unwatchable. Boring with a woefully ending.

Should of ended at the battle of the bastards.

Spot on. I think the same of Dexter. First 5 seasons were awesome and that 5 season ended brilliantly. But from then on the remaining seasons were very up and down at best and some shows were just plain bad.

Just no real surprises. Like when the Starks where killed st the wedding. You do not see it coming.
I reckon a better ending would of been the Lannisters defending their ground and winning the war. Or atleast the Queen escaping with Jaime.

Or anything that wasn't so bullshity and boring.

Just out of curiosity - have you had any people you know be affected by the virus?

I had a cousin - all of 19 years old, and a semi-pro Croatian footballer - get struck down by the virus; his lungs shut down, and he was dead two weeks after getting the virus.

One of my mum's best friends has been in a medically-induced coma for a month, due to complications that arose from the virus.

Does the media and government exaggerate the story a bit? I'm sure they do - they all have their own agendas.

But I've seen first-hand (or, rather, second-hand) what this virus is doing to people, and I just don't believe the level of cynicism that suggests that people are putting money and/or power over people's safety.

I think that people are self-centred, at their core, and it's certainly plausible that this whole scenario has been overblown.

But I've experienced too much to dismiss it as a simple case of overly-hyped influenza.

Sorry to hear that mate very tragic indeed but I never said that the virus is a hoax or that people don't get sick or die from it.

However a fit 19 year old contracting it and dying from it 2 weeks later is very rare, at least in this country where our standard of care is much higher then many other nations and we don't have the hygiene issues of many 3rd world countries.

In regards to your mums best friend(I genuinely hope she recovers and without any life long health issues due to it) but just wondering does she have other health issues that may have also compromised her immune system, how old is she and is she here in Australia?

This disease is very real, but overwhelmingly most 99+ percent will recover or be asymptomatic so it is very strange for you to know 2 people that have been so tragically and badly affected by it.

No I don't know anyone personally that has been afflicted by the disease and maybe you are right that to imply that maybe if I had my opinion would be different. Who knows, maybe so, but I still would believe that lockdowns don't work and that we should have responded way better then we did. I would probably be even more pissed off that drugs like Ivermectin have be largely ignored by our Government.

The one saving grace is that the latest strain, the Delta strain, is much more infectious, but not as damaging or lethal, so maybe it, as most viruses, is burning itself out and will eventually go back to not being an issue at all like previous Covids.

Hindy and me merkin.

I thought the ending you mentioned would of been quite the surprise.
When John Snows army rolled up the whole Lannister army and people just erupt into a wild orgy that nobody could resist.
The show ends on that note.

Shut up!
They just killed Joffrey and I'm too upset to continue.

And the Dragons rain their almighty jizz down on all of them and 9 months later all the women have little Dragon babies.

Ah, sounds like a true fairytale ending. I'm feeling all warm and fuzzy now.

Lock it in for the sequel studio heads. I give it to you for free.

I think that’s how most people felt about it. For me the final season ruined it to the point I’ll never rewatch the show. Such a shame.
