Why not top up any offer to Moeroa with a tpa. We have a clean slate from 2017 so the potential for future tpa's is great and with the new board and now that we have a new board.

Surely Sunsilk or L'Oreal could use him to sell for them....

How do you think TPAs work? And how would they keep a player at our club?

Decent TPA's won't be available while any useless current player manager leaves it to the club(s) to organise - especially when our club wouldn't dare try and be part of any TPA for a few years at least.

Matagi - Id put him on par with Terepo. Runs harder thou and pushes thru line better while Terepo is a better defender.
What we can do thou is play high octane + intensity footy and rotate guys so they do not burn out. The depth will be awesome - Id say this forward pack of Wentys will be better then our NRL pack in 2012-13

Would either of them be in our 17 now we likely have Pritchard? Both would be excellent depth though

Well both would be infront of Alvaro IMO and Wicks is not exactly miles above nor is Tim as far as level goes.
For me Tim if fit starts every game but these guys will be snapping at heels.
I doubt guys like Rory play and first grade nor would Hasson who I think is an interesting player .

Hasson has great size so a good year in Gym and he could be moulded into a solid prop. Needs 6-7 kgs

The forwards depth will be awesome- The problem being our starters are barely any better. Will be a very interesting pre- season

Purely based on defense, who are our best middle forwards?

Scott, Terepo, Wicks,Tepai, Mannah in that order for mine, then Alvaro, Brown, Vave, Brien. F Pritchard you would think would do a good job in the middle as his edge D was commendable.

mannah is our best defensive prop. No way is wicks in front of him, he misses a few more tackles then mannah.

Mannah is a much better defender than Wicks. Wicks would be near last, he misses a lot of tackles for a middle forward.

But also makes a lot, meaning many of his misses would be desperate attempts that other middle forwards might not even attempt.

The two key defensive stats for middle forwards are tackles per minute and missed tackles per tackle. Wicks does miss a few but the amount of work he does forgives that for mine. But yeah, Mannah's one of our best middle defenders.
