Except for the fact he played 19 games last year on a last chance contract. I think it’s reasonable to assume he’d be playing a similar amount going forward having signed a 2 year extension in good form.

The evidence (his lack of game time) suggests he is a fringe first grader. When we are at full strength, does he play first grade? Maybe over Oregon but not always. The only game he started last year was R25 when we rested all of our regular first graders.

Yes I do. Pity he isn't the captain and we don't seem to have many that think this way at the moment. He also was on tele the other night saying that he was going to get into Matto's ear and try to convince him to stay at the Eels and how important it was for him to stay at Parra.

See he has credibility and speaks from a position of authority due to him living the what he preaches.

Juxtapose that with our current captain who undermines loyalty and is completely opposite to that kind of thinking and behaviour and only encourages our players to seek the best and highest offer possible by his actions. We need more RCG's and less Gutho's if we want to change that mentality. Quality and selfless mentors at all levels of the club are what makes a club a powerhouse. Hopefully RCG can have a louder voice around the playing group. Maybe he can get into both Moses and D. Browns ears soon too, before they opt to go to market.

RCG said at the end of last season this year was going to be his last at the Eels.. Then he signed a new contract.. Talk about loyalty and undermining..

2. Plays plenty of reserve grade
3. When in first grade comes off the bench.
4. Plays limited minutes.
5. At full strength can't make the team.
6. When signed last contract had very little interest from other clubs.

With Will Smith defending in the middle instead of Stone we might not have even been close at the 79th minute. And there was nothing wrong with Stone’s handling the week before. It was just one of those games.
