I am worried we came back to training a week early tbh.If i was coach i would of resumed training today during the super moon.
If we run out of steam in the last few rounds we can put it down to this.

I am saying the number one parameter for how good a coach is how well he can get the team to perform weekly, seasonly and over his career. You say management has a differing view but I reckon that is coming from a business perspective where short term on field performance may not have an impact. But really all I did was ask a simple if somewhat facetious question, you're the one who couldn't decide whether to give the simple answer or add further variables

You never have any info about your club the panthers, what would you know about the eels or their players???

So a coach could in theory focus on coaching one player, ignoring the rest of the squad and if that player gets injured (probably through overtraining) then the coach gets a N/A against assessing their performance as a coach?
