Blake re signed...... They like to get their young stars wrapped up.
Any news on gutherson or teps?
I am worried we came back to training a week early tbh.If i was coach i would of resumed training today during the super moon.
If we run out of steam in the last few rounds we can put it down to this.
you have a semi?Btw Semi is back. As picked by hindy111.
If you're going to start like this you're obviously only interested in rephrasing my statements to pointless hyperbole. Things are far too complicated for people like you to dumb them down.Oh ok so the team that has the most salary cap on the field performs the best each week regardless of who is coaching them
Why try... you can't improve on perfection. If you're going to start like this you're obviously only interested in rephrasing my statements to pointless hyperbole.
Am I only interested in rephrasing your statements or am I waiting for you to make things less complicated so dumb people can understand? If you're going to start like this you're obviously only interested in rephrasing my statements to pointless hyperbole. Okay I'll play too.Am I only interested in rephrasing your statements or am I waiting for you to make things less complicated so dumb people can understand?
I am saying the number one parameter for how good a coach is how well he can get the team to perform weekly, seasonly and over his career. You say management has a differing view but I reckon that is coming from a business perspective where short term on field performance may not have an impact. But really all I did was ask a simple if somewhat facetious question, you're the one who couldn't decide whether to give the simple answer or add further variablesOkay I'll play too.
So you're saying a team's results each week are all about the coach regardless of which players are available?
Well that's good enough for meSemi will play 2017 - 2018-2019 for the eels

Hindy is hardly ever wrong.
Bernie Gurr said the reason you can't demand a specific result from a coach is because one key injury can derail your season. This is true of any coach.I am saying the number one parameter for how good a coach is how well he can get the team to perform weekly, seasonly and over his career. And so he's confirmed what I said all along. And so...?

So a coach could in theory focus on coaching one player, ignoring the rest of the squad and if that player gets injured (probably through overtraining) then the coach gets a N/A against assessing their performance as a coach?Bernie Gurr said the reason you can't demand a specific result from a coach is because one key injury can derail your season. george likes spicey chickenI've always wondered if Gussy111 speaks the same way he writes, with run-on words, punctuation and capitals in odd places, spelling mistakes and in third person of course. It'd be quite a talent if he did
