If you turn your head sideways; the eggs look like a ballsack
In Melbourne Round 3 he dropped 3 bombs from memory.
If you actually read what I post, you will note that I have stated this week that a) our regular halfback is being held together with sticky tape, so I get why a back up needed to be considered vs Raiders b) that unless Jake puts on the kegs significantly to his already big frame, I think his future lies in Super League.Just a question for all the apologists on this site: In your normal life, where people know your actual name and can see you, have you ever told anyone how good JA is or that you think he should be picked in the team?
I only ask because I live and work in the Parramatta area and am heavily involved in junior football and in all my conversations with people about football there has been no one who thinks JA is a first grader or deserves to be picked in the team. It seems a universal view in real life and it seems to be that people only defend JA's selection on the internet.
So I was curious if the likes of Pou, Gronk, JokerEel, Twizzle, Strider or Cloeel actually defend JA's selection or status as a first grader in real life?
I think that was the point. If you turn your head sideways; the eggs look like a ballsack
You can insert pretty much anything said on here instead of Jrthur’s selection.people only defend JA's selection on the internet.

Held together with sticky tape? That doesn't wash. No one carries a backup half to cover a half who's just had a concussion because it isn't the sort of injury likely to break down. Nor is a broken finger. If you actually read what I post, you will note that I have stated this week that a) our regular halfback is being held together with sticky tape, so I get why a back up needed to be considered vs Raiders b) that unless Jake puts on the kegs significantly to his already big frame, I think his future lies in Super League.
He’s fast. Put up the second quickest time during finals week one.The catch he completed from Jakes harbor bridge pass way up over his head and hugging the sideline was brilliant. The put down was pretty spectacular as well.
Gould’s had a lot more success than Cleary. At the time we had small forwards of which most were useless, and at my suggestion and 2 others here, wanted bigger, skillful forwards. They came and immediately our position in the top 8 became mandatory for the last 4 years. But times change if you have innovative coaches and Cleary appears to be one of them. Again he had to get rid of the millstone around his neck (Gould) before he achieved his goals.
His chin also challenges Chinry’s titleGould’s had a lot more success than Cleary.
Merkins laughed at us when we signed Cartwright and now he demands selection in the 17? There’s more important things than talent at this end of the year. Rewarding blokes who put themselves above the team is how you kill team unity.Just a question for all the apologists on this site: In your normal life, where people know your actual name and can see you, have you ever told anyone how good JA is or that you think he should be picked in the team?

Someone shared a clip of NRL360 where Rothfield claimed Jake Arthur is going to be a terrific player (or words to that effect) but isn’t ready now. I completely disagreed with both statements.I tell people JA has potential like all 19 year olds who play in the NRL I don't think he should be a bench player.
Who did that? Cartwright?Rewarding blokes who put themselves above the team is how you kill team unity.
Shocking.I completely disagreed with both statements.

Definitely do defend JA…..
And interestingly the few, who want Cartwright picked instead of JA, were the ones bagging BA / eels for signing him ….
The post to which you responded made no mention of Cartwright nor did it reference "Rewarding blokes who put themselves above the team"....you are easily the best deflector I have ever seen.Merkins laughed at us when we signed Cartwright and now he demands selection in the 17? He also let a few bounce, that he should have caught.
I honestly thought he cost us the game - he dropped a bomb 10m out from our try line late in the game.
Luckily, the Storm did not capitalise on it.
