Depends how many minutes Hodgson puts out. If we bought him here it would be to play bench hooker.

They also have a back 3 that do most do their work each and every week. While we have a couple of lazy slugs bludging out there on the wing.
BA will play Hodgson till he drops mate. Its how he rolls. Rheed only got a break at seasons end when they were trying to justify Jake as a utility.
We should let Sivo/Blake go this year I reckon….I like both players at their best, but they rarely produce enough…Sivo is always dominated in the ruck (thus isn’t worth $500k) while Blake just doesn’t work hard enough on the wing plus those errors….

Hope so mate. I recall Rheed in 2021 playing 80 every week before he did his shoulder. He was then rushed back from his injury and was playing 80 every game until the inevitable happened and Stone became our 9 and we all know how that worked out. For better or worse BA likes to get value out of his top players.

Well we weren’t gassed in Townsville or any of the previous games. What was different about the grand final? Gould tipped we’d beat the Cowboys and lose by 4+ tries to 2 against Penrith. Also tipped the Townsville weather would hurt us the following week.
Oh that’s right, because our two are the type of players who get less fit the more they play!
