Not big either. They are both fairly light for their height. Big forwards start at about 115kg. 110kg is the upper end of average, I reckon.
Of course it doesn't have to be, but you'd think it's a better fit than with say the Dogs or Tigers.

It wasn’t a rough margin, it was the minimum number of tries they would score and the maximum we would score. He also predicted we’d beat the Cowboys, which was far from certain. But most important was his claim that the Townsville weather would hamper us the following week. What possible reason would he have to say that if it wasn’t true? Imagine how many premierships we would have won in this era with our “too small” 2018 side. (In all seriousness though I googled the comparative weights of our side with Riffs and you appear to be right). The loss of Jennings and the rapid decline of Nathan Brown and Ferguson really hurt us in the end. Very unfortunate timing. If you put 2019 Ferguson and 2020 Jennings and Brown in our grand final side then we would have been a much better side. In saying that being lighter doesn’t necessarily mean you’re a better defender. Papali’i is on the smaller side and he was a weak defender.
Ok mate, so because you reckon one thing it is right then? I tend to think anyone over 100kg who run as hard as they do and built like a brick shithouse is pretty big in my opinion.
I don’t think he’s saying anything bad about Penrith. He’s just pointing out that the Penrith forwards are lighter than the Parramatta forwards overall and that their build and body types makes them better suited to high intensity defensive efforts. If you compare the numbers it’s hard to argue with the point. Paulo and RCG are listed at 123kg and 115kg respectively whilst JFH and Leota are 103kg and 107kg.

Well we beat plenty of teams down the back end of the year using the exact same strategy of long minutes from our best forwards. Im also confused how Our Poo argues against players playing less minutes then argues fatigue when travel and different conditions are in play. Maybe its me. Its a bugger getting old.
