Only the good teams can do that..
we know, that's how Dylbags got a run in the centres

Agree with the worry over dummy half cover - but it would have to be Bryce Cartwright, wouldn't it?We can talk all day about improvements within the team BUT the big elephant in the room is the dummy half position. What the hell are we going to do with Josh Hodgson as our main hooker? We currently don't have anyone good enough to cover that position. I can't believe the recruitment. Surely we could of atleast picked up a younger player. Yet we went with an old man with shot knees
Mitch Rein is younger than Hodgson.Surely we could of atleast picked up a younger player. Yet we went with an old man with shot knees
Yeah but not by much and he's not in the best of formMitch Rein is younger than Hodgson.
I guess he could have a shot but he's more of a wide playing forward. I'm praying Brad has something else up he's sleeveAgree with the worry over dummy half cover - but it would have to be Bryce Cartwright, wouldn't it?
Since Bryce could only manage 10 games on our bench all season, surely he and/or the coaching staff would have him trying to add something extra to his game... and training his butt off to become a bench dummy half cover option, to get value out of his remaining contract?
Lots of giggles about Tigers being shit but I think they’ve recruited well. Great additions to their forward pack and if they add Nathan Brown I reckon he’ll be reborn.
Good luck to them, they won’t challenge for the comp but they could trouble a lot of sides. Top *8 I’d be expecting as a fan.
I thought he first got a run there because of injury, then they tried him. Hardly a Matt Burton type who was promised a starting berth at Centre, but backed himself to be a starting Half elsewhere.we know, that's how Dylbags got a run in the centres
JA guaranteedI guess he could have a shot but he's more of a wide playing forward. I'm praying Brad has something else up he's sleeve
Rein is plenty good enough for cover. He played strong in Reggies. His run selection is very good, can kick, good defensively. After him there is Hands and Yates. Hodgson is the biggest unknown variable but we definitely have backup for him.We can talk all day about improvements within the team BUT the big elephant in the room is the dummy half position. Did u see him play? He did pretty well.Yeah but not by much and he's not in the best of form

I do actually, though I think Arthur's would've still had a few chances. But if Stone was fit for the finals I reckon Arthur wouldn't have played.U don't reckon stone would've been the 14 to spell Mahoney
We just made the grand final ffsOnly the good teams can do that..
Mahoney & Papali’i have each played over 100 NRL games so “there's also 145 games played by guys who are/will no longer with the club” is factually incorrect.By my count there's also 145 games played by guys who are/will no longer with the club, that our new signings (or current back-up options) will have to step up and fill in 2023.
