If this were a property in similar situation (it’ll be profitable but not wealth defining), I’d be ringing seller & agent to confirm deal. If they ummed and ahhed, I’d say no thanks then. Then when they call on Monday, I’d cut price or put new requirements in.

Why would he? If he doesnt get hurt, his next months pay will come from Parra. If he busts his ACL, his next months pay and ongoing treatment and rehab comes from Tigers.
Why is it any different to busting has ACL next week in a Parra jersey?

I noticed a charge on my Visa this morning from Parramatta Membership. Absolute mystery to me so I called to understand. I was told that Id taken an NRLW membership for my youngest Grandie being the inaugural year, probably purchased 2 years ago, and that the membership rolled over and subsequently charged to my Visa. I advised that Id never agreed to have the membership rolled over and I requested it be refunded and to make the appropriate amendment to ensure it dosent roll over in the future.
All good. Change made and refund initiated.
I was then asked if I would like the same exclusion to be actioned on my account for my NRL memberships of which I have 5.
I was told that all memberships now roll over automatically and costs charged accordingly unless otherwise advised.
Buyer beware. I only found this charge by accident. No text or email advising prior.
