The issue is the best 2 wingers outside the current 2 are Farrugia and Penisini who I think are both age ineligible. Lumelume and Dunster and then Waqa are not playing to anywhere close the NRL standard

They’re playing closer to NRL standard than a couple of blokes who were playing against teenagers for the first half of the year. How much harder than reserve grade do you think Jersey Flegg is? Obviously I’m on the other side of the country so I couldn’t possibly know these things. So help me understand why Flegg is better prep for the NRL than reserve grade.

Simply said they are prospects, those others have really been tried and not measured up, think you will find the younger players may well be good enough. Did you see Tyrone Monroe play for Souths, then again actual opinions don’t mean too much in Pou world. Again doing the same things over again don’t mean they will eventually come good. In KOE Cup on Sunday, Dunster and Waqa were ordinary, at least Dunster tried but injuries are still an issue. The backs in our reserve grade team are , as Wayne and Garth said, not worthy. On form Miller Stephens deserves to be in front of most others in that garde.
