I thought at the start of the year they reset previous charges?
RCG has been given a suspension because of 3rd and subsequent charge but he has only been charged once this year for a shoulder charge in Round 3.
Am I missing something?

Sivo sure, he has been fined enough and needs to change his style.
RCG - see above. Despite the cheapness of what he did, fines normally precede 3 charges and then suspensions.
We won’t have the balls to fight it or even try and downgrade.

I think they were reset at the start of last year when they moved to the new system. I don't believe things reset at the start of every season.

That might be it and it might have something to do with the grading (Grade 3) as well.
I never understand the judiciary/MRC process because like lots of NRL Operations, they don't really want us punters knowing too much or we might question their consistency and integrity.

We're obviously a better team with RCG in it than not, but I don't think he's loss for a month is definitely catastrophic if we're tactically smart. We run with 4 forward interchanges at the moment anyway, with all capable of playing in the middle. We just need to come up with the right tactics. I'd probably start Ogdin/Makatoa, give him 20 minutes and that is their night, then work out the best plan for the rest.

I think 95% of tries Sivo scores any winger in the NRL could do, I think we could be a better team without him with the right replacement. To be honest, Sivo is one more raised forearm in a tackle from getting another 3-4 weeks based on third offence stuff.

Yet JWH gets a fine for a trip and it’s his 3rd and subsequent offence, nothing changes when the Roosters are involved. The used car salesman speak of their coach and the influence of their Chairman seems to count.

In the interim I suspect we slot Waqa on the left wing. I'd consider dropping Simonsson back on the left side on the last (i.e. the left wingers role) though.

The issue is the best 2 wingers outside the current 2 are Farrugia and Penisini who I think are both age ineligible. Lumelume and Dunster and then Waqa are not playing to anywhere close the NRL standard, fwds we can cover, backs are scarcer than the chance of me dating Margot Robbie ( nice thought though:) )

I suspect Waqa is no shitter than he was 12 months ago, when the coach thought he wasn't shit enough to leave out. He'd go better on the left wing than he would the right. As I mentioned in a separate message, I'd consider just dropping Simonsson back on the last to cover for the downfield kicks. Sivo is probably the most overrated player in the Top 17, certainly the most over paid.

I'd actually be looking to purchase someone else today to cover the role, maybe even a loan type deal just for the rest of the season.

Revisionism ? Waqa was dropped at the first opportunity. He hasn't played NRL since Rnd 5.

As soon as Dunster could run on one leg and Russell was sorta fit, he was out. Then when Bailey was back by Rnd 8 Dunster was put back to pasture.

Was he any more shit this year than last year. He was always shit. Maybe the situation is that Russell was shitter last year, and isn't as shit this year, and we've gone with the least shit option.

This doesn't mean that Waqa is less shit now than he was 12 months ago. That just means that there are more options available, who either weren't available last year, or are less shit now. I still think Waqa Blake is shit, just no more shit now than he was 12 months ago.

There was a good reason why Russell was shit last year.
