1, 6, 7 are not our problem. In fact they are probably our strongest positions/players and you can throw the 8 and 13 in there too. We just need a quality centre and winger that's it. Stop rearranging the deckchairs on the Titanic. We need speed and power out wide that's it.

If we can get a better dummy half too I wouldn't be opposed to that either, but it would seem that the powers that be don't think that it is an issue. I hope they are right. Lets hope that Hands having another off season and more game time and experience shows some more improvement and then we will be ok there too.

Hands was solid enough in his first year.

He got tired at back-end but that was to be expected in his first year of FG.

He will be better next year. Would like to see him work on a kicking game from dummy half in the off-season like Mahoney used too to take some pressure off Moses.

But in saying that BA only tells his number 9's there job is pass the ball to the halves or the forwards as they earn the big bucks not the number 9.

I would pay that for Fatrell if he was willing to play there exclusively and only there. If Fatrell was playing centre in a team that was quality like ours for instance, he would be a match winner no doubt. It would allow him to be the fat slug he loves to be and then pick and choose when he comes into the play and explode, without having to do all the extras necessary as a fullback.

Like I said in a previous post. He and Turbo for mine when fully fit are the best two centres in the game bar none. It's just that they can both play fullback and they want the extra money and status so they put their hand up to play fullback. But as we can see, neither of them have the bodies to cope with the extra physical pressures the fullback position demands. Who knows centre may end up being where they both end up to lighten the load a little? But it would take a lot more failure at fullback and a very savvy, strong and willful coach who can pull it off without upsetting the little princesses.

I would pay it for our team in its current composition as long as he knows he is a centre and likes it.

He would be our X-factor and would win us at least an extra handful of games. Think about it, even in a wonky up and down season like ours this year, if we had him in the centres we would have won at least another game or two and therefore made the semis.

In a good season like 2022, who knows what he could have done for us. Even though he is a lazy lump, he is a big game player and a show pony that loves the attention. So if we are playing well, he would be the icing that no one else can match when at his best. Well worth $800K if you get him on your terms.

But this is all hypothetical. You would never get him on your terms to just play centre and he isn't leaving the Bunnies and he fancies himself as a fullback, so no, I don't think he is worth elite fullback money. He is only worth elite centre money. Period!

I agree Loltrell is an out and out centre but Trbeecjvjsnevic at centre is like Gutho at centre, sure they can play there but putting them at modern day centre can restrict their skills either side of the field and their superior fitness. Glassjevic broke running the Corso, doesn’t matter what position he’s playing, he’ll be fragile.

Glassjevic broke running the Corso, doesn’t matter what position he’s playing, he’ll be fragile.

Turbos weakness are his hammies, not his shoulders. he will running more and more explosively at fullback than centre. That said.....he is 100% a FB
