I heard a certain team has switched players diets to 8hr eating windows.....16hrs worth of repairs. Fine tuned machines.

Anyone heard of this diet? It basically is about giving body 8hrs of repair. It takes 8hrs to flush out meal then your body goes to work.

I cant reveal my sources just hope our sports drs are clued up. Im hearing some of the guys are running the 100mtrs almost 1/2 second quicker.

Word is Schulte is first inline for Semi. Read on tct he is ifrst one into blue team and has stepped up physcially in defense. When i saw him play he was soft. Good to see he has stepped up.

Moses is ok when he is allowed to be the dominant half. God awful defender though, Sandow-esque. Did no one else notice how shit he was when Brooks was in the side? We already have a very good dominant half, who is a better player than Moses....

Surely if Guffo doesn't work in halves then we're well stocked in centres/backline. Unless he bombs so monumentally he drops completely out of team? It just shows replacing Semi in the cap doesn't necessarily mean replacing him on the field directly. 100% I'd take Moses or Simona but really we kind of in a holding pattern until we determine what we need. Plus 600k would probably be overs for Simona considering we have Jenko and I doubt $600k would even get foot in Moses' door

I agree Norman is a better player than Moses, but that is due to his greater strength and better defence. I reckon Moses is a better playmaker, at least partly due to being a better kicker. And did I mention he kicks goals as well?

We would definitely have to protect him in defence, but the Cowboys, Broncos and Sharks all manage to cover for a weak defender and still make grand finals. Moses, Thurston, Milford and Maloney are all better defenders than Sandow. There are weak defenders and then there are blokes so bad you'd be better off defending with only 11 in the line.

If Moses is killing it by mid year he will go for over $800k. Let's hope the Tigers struggle again, (hopefully) keeping the prices down on their off contract players.

Imagine all the media turning in their graves if we actually got one of our junior playmakers back. They'd be filthy. You'd think he'd want at least as much as Hunt to move but then again, you never know how much the Taylor effect is worth to another team. Was Moses on Farah's side?

Not saying we should chase Moses, but it is the Tigers, it's not like they are currently reknown for their defence. Yeah Moses may not be the greatest defender but it the right team he will be fine.

And Mose is willing, sandow is just outright lazy !!! Desire goes a long way in defence.

Maybe not a captain as he doesn't speak well in front of a camera. But he is certainly a leader. He's casual to have a laugh with the boys but when someone or a situation needs it he will be serious. He'd be a great vice captain to Beau Scott.

My favourite play of Corey's was when he made that try-saving tackle against Easts in the last minute at Pirtek.

We all know he can attack, but that tackle won us the game, and it demonstrates his desire to win.

I think we are curently in an "ideal" position "recruitment" wise. We have cap space, but we aren't particularly desperate to sign someone for a particular position.

Yeah some positions aren't as strong as other clubs but overall the squad looks strong with competition and potential in each position.

We can just seat back and look at who is available and what their price is !!

BA has done a great job to put this squad together !!
