If he isn't which I suggest at present he wouldn't be, he will be on very similar when he signs his next contract if he maintains his exceptional form and he can do it from fullback, centre or wing. He is probably the best all round outside back in the league at the moment and should only get better too.

Good luck moving him to Parra or even Sydney at his peak. It would take around $1m dollars to do so, so your answer is he would be at least if not more than what Gutho is on if he were ever to play in the Blue and Gold over the next 5-7 years.

The time to have signed him was when he was in and out of 1st grade at the Cowboys. He was always a talent and one that the silly Cowboys didn't quite recognize. They should have at least kept him in the centres over players like Peta Hiku FFS!

Brimson or Campbell are agitated because they can't get fulltime game time at their preferred position and so may look to move out, so one of them decide to come to our club and play a similar role in musical chairs?

Besides that being silly, Brimson and Campbell both have weaknesses and that is why they are constantly being shuffled around all the time, where as Gutho is the complete package as a leader and fullback and I wouldn't swap him for anyone that can command similar money.

We are weak in the centre and wings position not fullback. Stop trying to make an issue where there isn't one.

Everyone recognised it. He made his NRL debut at 18 ffs. He always had massive potential. But Drinkwater is also a talent, and was a more mature playmaker. By the end of 2022 he was established as their fullback. There was no room for HTF in their 2023 salary cap. Drinkwater would be on plenty.

They should have at least kept him in the centres over players like Peta Hiku FFS!

Hiku's contract would be significantly less than whatever the Hammer is on this year.
