Stephen Kearney won't let that happen.
Exactly... Billy Rogers was just as good for Parra as he was for the Storm when Kearney brought him up from Melbourne in 2011....
Stephen Kearney won't let that happen.
I note there is evidence that Ben Barba has used Cocaine. It appears that he is also not disputing that he has used Cocaine.
So why have the NSW Police not charged him with using Cocaine?
it's still hearsay police can only charge him if he is caught in the act
What old?Cowboys cannot afford to keep Matt Scott beyond 2017. He is the type of prop Arthur would go for IMHO.
And for the vast majority of us who possess drugs in order to use them? Are we victims or criminals?
it's still hearsay police can only charge him if he is caught in the act
That useless big faced merkin will struggle to take them to the team bus.I feel SK will take NZ warriors to promised land. And then Pou will be well stickn it to us all![]()
Less fat. More Tatts.
If he does it in front of cops it's still only possession not usage. DUI is only usage crime I'm pretty sureit's still hearsay police can only charge him if he is caught in the act
When does the foxtel nrl channel start?
Can anyone let me know what the status is of the Eels v Watmough and Eels v Hopoate situations? Haven't heard anything for a while and obviously choc did not turn up to training as he had threatened.
So using your explanation, if someone murders someone, they can only be charged with murder if the police actually catch them whilst they're in the act of doing the murder?
I'm sure someone a month or so back it mentioned somewhere that the matters had be settled. Could be wrong but sure I read it as the end paragraph of someone article in the paperAsking this again. Anyone know wtf is going on?
Will see if i can find out anything over the weekend.Asking this again. Anyone know wtf is going on?
I disagree. I think it does bring the game into disrepute. Much like bashing your missus during the off season. The point I was making is that (with Ben Barba) the 'offence' allegedly occurred during a period of time (between season's end and the beginning of pre-season training) when he was on holidays from his job. What right does the NRL have to drug-test (for recreational drugs, not performance enhancing drugs) outside of working hours? He wasn't causing any problems, no arrests, no charges, didn't bring the game into disrepute, nothing like that. And now his NRL career is over. I just think it's putrid. Fair enough to be tested during the season and during pre-season training; but not in your own out-of-work hours. And that's why I'm surprised the Players' Association doesn't say something about it. These players are people, not robots.
