We have the 12th best attack according to points scored. Rabbits are 15 points behind and played a game less so I'd back then to be 12th and us 13th. Canberra also.played one less game and 10 points behijd so thst takes us to 14th
Titans are also a game less and 24 points behind. Depending what they score on the naked up game we could be 15th best. But most likely we are 14th best ATTACK.

Sivo
Simonsson
Dunster
Russell (probably)

There’s only so much you can keep offering to new players at the same position. Adding Alamoti to this lineup would be throwing good money after bad. The solution, if you can’t ‘incentivise’ players to leave with minimal payout, is to wait for their contracts to expire, like we’ve done with Simonsson. The reason we haven’t signed a gun outside back prior to Lomax is that we haven’t had the cap space at his position.

I’d say any kids up there athletic enough for league are already contracted in the AFL system.

League was much more popular than AFL up there, AFL was played in the League off season (summer) when I lived up there.

Does that mean he has ‘stepped up’ or just that he is better at kicking? Drown is better than Luai at defence and he has a better running game. He is worse at kicking. Nobody has stepped up or failed to step up. It’s a narrative.

We’ve missed our halfback for nine games. With him in the team our attack has been quite good. Without him it’s been garbage. Whether you want to blame somebody is beside the point. The fact is we attack well when Moses is in the team.

I don’t think our need should come into it except at the most crucial positions. That’s a short term condition that can lead to long term negative impact. But their quality should absolutely be the main factor in the price, regardless of position.

The real question is, if MON is so bad, how did we get Lomax?
