Why would we have another winger? Atm we have plenty but badly need a specialist centre. I'd like the club go hard for Lomax, contracts mean nothing these days, put the germ in his head that he'd be guaranteed a centre spot and earn more than what St Geo will pay him. I'd have Gutho in the centres, and I'd say we need a fullback more urgently than a strike centre.

But I think he"s the sort of player who needs the perfect conditions in order to perform.

I still haven’t forgotten French’s form when he first came into the side. He could still play an important role next year.

Before this years pre season i would of said Schneider 2020. But i believe right now he is the best option the club hasv at 9. Although he wont start there the outcome is inevitable. We have to be careful about playing players before they are ready bothe mentally and physically. The only thing holding him back is he is coming off a shoulder surgery. I believe he is already better than Mahoney and Pritchard. I'll go out on a limb and declare he will be a future captain of the club.!

Given the shoulder surgery I'd like to see Kyle start the year in Flegg, even if it's for a month just to give him a bit of confidence in his shoulder.

French is similar to Luke Burt (similar strengths, similar weaknesses).

I am sure French can play a role for us, but he's a number 1.
