I think I just came.
Thank you for letting us know
I think I just came.
Does a contract stipulate a top 30 position or a dollar value ?Ifs possible the club gave it to him just out of the good of hearts knowing he did the injury working for us. His contracts probably only 100k over the min and it isn't like1 spot in top 30 matters
Regarding Dylan I think his loyalty to BA isn't as strong as some people think it is. If he wanted to spit the dummy it was last year when he was asked to run the team in MMs absence shortly after BAs sacking. That he didn't speaks volumes to me that his priority is to Eels first with BA a long way behind. I believe he will take up his option and buy into Ryles vision for the team.So a chat today with my friend from Parra shared some interesting info. Take this as you will, this is not official opinion if you donāt appreciate my share then move on I wonāt share in future.
Most at the club adore Gutho however everyone understands itās a great opportunity for him. The concern still remains in him longer term.
There was a comment that some are worried Dylan wonāt take his option up. However pure speculation as he is very close to BA. Ryles already in communication with him so who knows.
The only other BA loyalist member left is Paulo. Having said that, Paulo is considered as the absolute leader of our team. Already talk to āstripā him, absolutely strip him of serious weight and let him prove his point as a leading front rower in the NRL. BIG weight on his shoulders and heās onboard apparently.
The thought is that Mitch will be captain, Hopgood vice. (Speculation btw so may be far from fact)
Luca Moretti of all players my contact has heard mentioned as a boom player or boom growth player for next year. Ryles rates what he can be. As he does with a few fringe players we have apparently.
Further to that, the new coaching staff have commented that there are some absolute guns in waiting that they believe āhave not really been coached properly at allā.
Comments about Lane they want to āretrainā him to use his massive body. I was told that Lane is a sensitive bloke and he and BA could not stand each other.
Regardless what you think of Lane, I was told BA in front of squad ridiculed the fact he was meditating before a game an BA alienated him to the rest. They believe Lane under new coaching has a LOT to offer.
There was a comment BA scared the group after they around mental wellness. He didnāt manage multiple personalities differently.
Comments around we had a mental coach for 22 and BA despite the success thought it was rubbish and punted him for 23ā¦
The Williams signing has come with a commitment of the coaching team eliminating his error rate. They believe they will and he is a gun for 25.
The other comment was around the fact we have recruited coaching based on union āskill based coachingā. There is a heavy emphasis Iām told with the new team on footy skills. Apparently there was a comment that Mitch amazingly did very little kicking practice.
Anyway thatās what I have. Only comments. And nothing official but assume you like me would appreciate.
Only your little birds remember. I've not been impressed as yet but hope to be proved wrong.I rate Morretti also. Called him out a few years back. Does everyone remember?

Yet to see any significant improvement in our roster under the current R&R dynamic duo. Doesnāt feel as if the cap is as available as most think, no doubt they work hard but results are poor.I highly doubt Penisini is on close to 700k next year.
If he is that is truly laughable and reinforces what a shitshow the Frank Poniessi of the West is doing with Cap management.
It was a good pickup from the Roosters. Not many dual international schoolboys in the forwards come through, that he roosters are prepared to let go.Only your little birds remember. I've not been impressed as yet but hope to be proved wrong.
For what itās worth JAC was on $550k. We are in the absolute box seat and if he wants to knock on our door, then I am guessing that we would not be entertaining anything like that.
Addo-Carr's new job after sacking a 'reality check'

I suspect improving our kick chase will require a change in playing staff, not just 'better coaching'. We already know the old coach was constantly on at them about their effort areas. The kick chase is a big part of that. Literally chasing the collision.
Oof! Imagine being forced out of club because Spicoli is being outplayed by a Trindall and a rookie
I am sure Ryles has scoped out the new COE & re-assured Josh we have enough power banks/phone chargers around the joint so Josh doesn't have to disappear for 45 mins to re-charge his phone.Josh Addo-Carr in talks with Parramatta Eels coach Jason Ryles

Josh Addo-Carr has held talks with the Eels as the sacked former Bulldogs star edges a step closer to an NRL comeback next season.
This masthead can reveal Addo-Carr has met with Parramatta coach Jason Ryles in the aftermath of his termination by the Bulldogs.
Ryles has a history with Addo-Carr from their time at the Storm, when the new Eels mentor was an assistant to Melbourne super coach Craig Bellamy.
Now Ryles could be ready to issue the āFoxxā a lifeline as he looks to add some strikepower to a revamped Parramatta backline next season.
Addo-Carr has been linked with the Dragons or a return to his first club, the Wests Tigers, but the meeting with Ryles is evidence the Eels are a bona fide contender for his signature.
Once regarded as the fastest player in rugby league, Addo-Carr is on the lookout for a new home in 2025 after being terminated by the Bulldogs last Thursday.
The two-time premiership winner has not received a formal offer from the Eels at this stage, with Ryles and Parramatta hierarchy to weigh up their next move and whether the flying winger is a recruitment risk.
