That's great news!

I'm a huge fan of French.

Yeah, I love the accents of french girl. I was in Paris and ordering a coffee and croissant and the girl behind the counter was asking me something and I couldn't even focus on what she was saying but so focused on her accent. Lol

Together about $1 million. Don't think for one minute a seasoned professional like Gordon is on a piddly $200K. He is on at least $350K. Choc is on at least $650K.

Clint Newton is a seasoned professional too. Their contracts are about demand, not how many games they've played.

Semi will be going to union. No NRL club would be willing to 600 k for a winger let alone the 800k overseas rah rah clubs will pay. He might be drinking French wine....

Couldn't agree more.

What rugby league club would want him?

He's just a winger.

Wingers do nothing.

He wouldn't even be good at rugby league.

Wingers aren't worth more than 200k.

They are all shit.

Surely the guy is one of the more marketable players in the NRL, TPA's shouldn't be a problem for the big fella, oh that's right our club couldn't even TPA's for the games best and most marketable player in the game in Hayne. What am I thinking enjoy the South of France Semi........

No way in the world is Gordon on $350k. No one chased him for this year and we were pretty much his only option.

In fact he was so desperate to come he was willing to accept a second tier contract if he was able to get a release in 2015.

Watching Parra play without Hayne and doing so well was a breath of fresh air. The balance we have now is very good a big test coming up V tigers its a game we should win and I hope we don't take it lightly.

BA has done a great job getting our squad right. As you said, we are well balanced and now have a team with a very tough edge.
The game against the Bulldogs is the best game I have seen from us in a long time. It was a tough physical game and Parra seemed in control from early on. And most importantly, they looked confident, even when the Bulldogs applied a lot of pressure and scored points, there was no panic. Things are looking good.

 How the f**k much do you think they're on?!?!?

Heaps as it was reported on numerous occasions. Gordon was looking at upwards of $300k and we all know Watmough is on over $600k, except you who thinks his on a beer and a smoke.

Thanks Ram. Benji Marshall is looking at over $600k and has balked at the 300k offer of the Dragons. Anyone who thinks Gordon is on $200k odd has rocks in their head.

What is it with all the knuckle heads who think we always never over pay players and somehow we seem to only get bargins. Then accusing other clubs of signing there recruits on mega bucks? Especially since we were a celler dweller for so long, which only forces you to pay overs for almost anyone.

The word delusion comes to mind.

Benji might think he's worth more than the Dragons offer but if no other club offers more it makes his outrage irrelevant.

I hope Andrew McFadden DOESN'T get the sack from the Warriors.
Though indications are that he will. "The board is right behind him"....that spells danger for Cappy..

I think you're being dishonest here. I have stated plenty of times that I'm sure we pay overs (as do most/all clubs) for high demand players, such as Hayne, Foran and Jennings. Probably for guys like Foran and Radradra too, if/when we re-sign them.

We would have paid overs if we had retained Paulo as well, and I'm glad we didn't.
