Barnett signed with us as a reserve grader, his future coached signed him, assume overs during a build up. Barnett played better than most, me, thought he might but never rep type. He in recent season or two has shown a display lacking in many of our so called front line forwards. Not sure of his preference but think middle forward was his best, unfortunately 2nd row was our weekness.
His current worth is due to signing with us under future coach, he must feel a obligation and thanks for that signing.
Wish he had stayed, played 13, and played with the enthusiasm that unfortunately had him suspended, he isn’t great but he is good hopefully we sign someone similar to replace him, ok someone slightly better.

The whole leaving to further his game is likely just repeating the line Brown fed him to get him to sign. I doubt it's any slight at the Knights and not being disrespectful but you don't leave to go to the Warriors to further your game. I would understand if he were going to a top 4 team.

Brown isn't going to suddenly turn him in to a rep player. I doubt Brown is capable of turning any player in to a rep player.

Surely he needs to be under scruity by now. Two 7th placed finishes is not good enough by any measure.

What player has developed under his tutelage? What structures in defense or attack has been successfully implemented?

The only thing I see improved under AOB is the excuses. They almost seem believable at times.

What about AOB's use of our bench? He's only used Dan Saifiti so far and was forced to use Simi.

Parra have used 3 of their men. There has to be something for that with changing of momentum and bringing on energy against fatigue. I've never liked how he's used the bench and he places a lot of pressure on our front row to get through the half whilst also expecting the same energy towards the backend.

Good coaches improve sides regardless of talent available and AOB has has more than enough to work with. He's a myth and has been totally exposed.
