You buy inconsistency with the likes of Lafai, McCrone & MacDonald - that's WHY other clubs shafted them
Without those players we'd be top 2 now no problems
Mann would've made a great running halfback who can tackle hard. Sticky must be dumbfounded by Mary's stubborn selection of McCrone who is leaving anyway. His continued selection has cost us our season - and McGregor's lack of left field vision defines his incompetence.
I'd put Thompson in the centres with Dugan

The thing that is consistent is our sharp decline down the 8.
Flashy starts to seasons and then massive declines is the hall mark of our coach.
The team has proven it can play at a high standard and win games.
The coach has proven he is unable to sustain the team at that level.
The coach has proven that he has no ability to counter sides that have several options to their attack.
The coach has proven that he has no alternate game plan to sides that counter our attack.
The coach has proven he can't get the team up to win the most essential of games against the most mediocre opposition.
The coach has proven that he cant get the best out of some players but when the leave our club they go to a higher standard under a different coach.
The notion that someone predicted the team to finish second last and by finishing above that is a sign of great achievement is accepting mediocrity at its absolute best.

Frizell goes off ... replaced by Marketo.. WTF.. Marketo.. what pathways .. they are blocked, clogged, broken .. at best it's a winding, overgrown dirt track.


How does this happen... coaches should be swabbed before games.

We don't deserve to be playing in the finals. It is has been embarrassing to watch the team over the last two weeks.
I fear it will be the same crap next year.
To be up by 10 so late in the game and lose is soul destroying.
McGregor needs to be punted on his handling of the Team. 4 from 13 and we signed him up for more of the same

Sack that fraud bold head prick for bringing such Shame and embarrassment to this great club get rid of him now for god sake I'm sick of the rabble week in week out clueless in attack useless kicking game one out from dummy half no structure no game plan no no passion at all instilled in this playing group no cohesion no team harmony week in week out this pis poor weak Coach keeps picking microne who simply isn't a first grader no balls to give the young players a go Does not have the respect of the players on what basis this this moron doust resign McGregor ? Just look at Melbourne u trash of the earth doust besides 3 or 4 players the rest are average at best yet because there is a professional head steering the ship they wil never sink

I fear the only way we will see the back of McGregor (which would be a win win) anytime soon is he resigns and admits he is not up to coaching this great club. Won't happen in today's world and we will continue to be inept under him until it eventually gets ridiculous. Tonight's performance was laughable!

I HAVE HELD BACK FROM SAYING THIS FOR A LONG LONG TIME BUT AFTER SUPPORTING THIS TEAM FOR 60 YEARS......PAUL.MCGREGOR ITS TIME FOR YOU TO MAKE AN HONOURABLE DECISION AND RESIGN.....YOU HAVE SYSTEMATICALLY ERODED THIS TEAM .....YOUR POOR PREPERATION OF THE TEAM AND ITS PLAYERS ON GAME DAY, YOUR POOR HANDLING OF PLAYERS,YOUR POOR SELECTION PROCESS, YOUR POOR USE OF OUR BENCH AND YOUR LACK OF DIRECTION ,STUCTURE AND AWARENESS OF THE GAME IN GENERAL LEAVES ME IN NO DOUBT THAT YOU ARE NOT CAPABLE OF CONTINUING TO FILL THE COACHING ROLE AT THIS CLUB.....

McGregor, Mcgregor, McGregor what a megamind master coach you are. The selection of Marketo wad pure genius and although you stealthfully included him in the 21 over the last few weeks to place him in today was, well, I have no words to describe it particularly with the season on the lineyou must have endless nights of pondering the right moment.
Continually picking Josh McCrone is another master stroke that can only be compared to Nero and the trajedy of Rome.
Please take the right move yourself now and show us now how really masterfull you can be by (a) publically admitting you cannot coach at this elite level, and (b) resigning forthwith.
Then, and only then wil I return respect amd again refer to you by your nickname.
