2016 was a new season with the depth that was missing in 2015 meaning that we’d be able to go the distance.
2017 was a new season with a revitalised forward park and power game that meant we’d go well.
I’m sure 2019 will be the new season with the new winger or new utility player or random other attribute that will mean we will finally do better than the failure of 2018!

At some point, they’ll realise that the coach is the problem and replace him. At which point, we have a chance of improving.

No I don't believe that to be true. I think I have stated on numerous occasions that I believe even with Mary we can have success or even win a comp.
