I guess court action will make the MRC reports public finally

And highlight the qualifications or lack of for those who sit on the MRC

And their consistent inconsistencies in their judgement where past examples can finally be tabled

Waaaahhhhh.
Get f**ked.
I'm sure we can all agree that the mrc needs reviewing.
What's a suspension and what's a fine?
I can also agree that for the spectacle players shouldn't be rubbed out for minor infringements if it's consistent and fines are scaling and always applied.

But burgess and his bitch mate JWH are absolutely the last people the Nrl should care to listen too.

Why because they have so much experience being rubbed out of games?

The hide of Sburgess honestly. If I was the employer I'd be removing match payments for every lost game. Imagine if your boss said you could have time off for making mistakes constantly

Sorry but missing a 1/4 of your contracted games because you can't just do what 99% of the nrl does weekly why should you have
1. A platform to speak as a re occurring offender
2. The right to whinge when no one else has made you be a Muppet

If he copped the two weeks for knocking out Moylan instead of getting downgraded to a fine, he would have been free to play last week.

The judiciary and MRC has been wildly inconsistent this year, however Burgess is a dumb f**king thug who rolled the dice too many times.

I think it will all work out for him, he will likely go all out in the next 2 games and the MRC will overlook everything so not to fan the fire. As dumb as he is on the field his actions off field are very measured and more often than not get the desired result

There are inconsistencies with many aspects of the NRL administration, no wonder they’re constantly criticised

The judiciary is an utter mess.

I know Sam is a merkin, but seriously, he ain't saying anything most of LU hasn't said for ten years.

But seriously, you cant complain if you get let off a few weeks ago for a high shot. Simple solution for sam is, you arnt subjected to shit decision's if you arnt a grub

The only real option available here given all factors taken into account, is that this Sam Burgress stuff be put aside until they've played manly, and if they win, perhaps a one week suspension is in order.

Because he pulled a players hair.

If he doesn't want to be exposed to the admittedly inconsistent judiciary, not engaging in conduct such as hair pulling would be an excellent start

Most people in know are aware of the reason why Sammy pulled Billy Smiths hair. Instead he should have legally hammered him in a tackle like Cam Murray did.
