Why would he want out?

Dunno. I’m just simply regurgitating what I read elsewhere. Maybe it (as already mentioned) is tied in with Kasiano? Perhaps (if true), McInnes wants to tread the same line as Morris, Merrin, Bird, Dugan and Widdop who all had enough of McGregor.

One other scenario: has the club finally woken up to the notion that Robson is already twice the hooker McInnes could ever hope to be?

Maybe our recruitment and retention team have decided that Robson is our long term hooker and told McInnes he is free to look elsewhere? Parra have quite a bit of cap space with offloading Norman and not resigning Hayne, so maybe they can offer McInness a better deal than he is currently on. They have previously been linked to Luke and Robson. They may see McInnes as a better option than Luke, I would.

Thanks Frank. I had quick look over at tfe Parra forum and noticed a similar sentiment

Name a news organisation which hasn’t faced some sort of litigation:

There’s now a Facebook page called Parramatta Eels Nation which is reporting this “McInnes leaving” story. Someone who is far more clever than myself might be able to do a screenshot.

I could hack Mcinnes leaving if that be......we could lock up our REAL future superstar guns as in ROBSON, FIELD, LOMAX, my main 3 were insane to even think about letting one of these go they ARE our future

I’d pass on Kasiano.

If Bellamy was unable to get him up to the mark, what are the chances of Mary getting Kasiano motivated?

To be fair George Rose was a lot better for us than Melbourne IMHO I don't think Bellamy understands the concept of having a large prop Kasinos size was never an issue at the Bulldogs, nor was Rose's at Manly. Some props are best served in having short impactful bursts off the bench but Bellamy tries to turn them into 80 minutes workhorses that concept does not work on everyone.

No worries. Personally, I reckon this is bogus, The only thing which could’ve happened is a fallout between coach and player. Surely, that wouldn’t occur with McGregor at the helm?
Maybe Robson was close to signing with Parra and our recruitment team had to make a snap decision as to who to keep out of Robson or McInnes and they decided to keep Robson? So then McInnes was told that we are see Robson as our long term hooker and McInnes was free to test the market. Parra have a lot of salary cap space and could have made McInnes a very attractive long term offer and better than he is currently on. I think you will be happy with that scenario Jimmy. I think I would have picked Robson if it was my decision too.

Maybe Bellamy didn't want to have two behemoths in his pack, in Kasiano and Asofa Solomona?
