I don’t understand your thought process you led the anti Gus Gould cheer squad in regard to some of his recruitment and retention decisions. Given our success this past three seasons I would have thought Ivan Cleary and Matt Cameron have done a very fine job given the difficulties of the salary cap. I would have thought opinions around the job they have done would be 90% positive.
Apart from Burton they have nailed most things

Even with Matt Burton they were on a hiding to nothing.

Rumours around the Dogs offering $750k but clearly he is going to command much more than that so good luck to the Dogs trying to hang onto him.
Yeah it's hindsight but locking him into playing centre and letting Critter walk was the move

Where did I say they haven't done a good job? The salary Cap means you can't keep teams together.

The fact we have dominated and had few injuries means we haven't be able to debut more young guys.

The flow on is some doubts over a couple of positions

It is just about opinions. Some on here differ to yours, no big deal, don’t see why you seek to dispel the opinions of some who don’t share your viewpoint.

I don't, All part of the conversation especially in the off season with no footy to discuss.

He was brought back to keep Nathan. It's very simple Jane. It's amazing it all worked out
Your probably right in some respects although didn’t Nathan re-sign a long term deal when Gus was still in charge. Maybe my memory fails me but I thought that was the case.

Off season is always tough. Tough to generate and sustain meaningful conversation I understand that but I kind of think we have to rise above the negative narrative around our dummy half options or whomever may fill the Kikau void.

The rest of the side is locked in
The coach isn't going to be sacked
We have won the lower grades, So not much to discuss as far as improvement there.

Peach potentially taking Salmon's spot
Api's replacement
Kikau's replacement

Are really the only discussion points as it sits
