750k with 500k suspended for self-reporting was generous imo. I would have given a 250k discount, not 2/3.

The amount does matter. Otherwise the cap breach can hypothetically be a bazillion dollars because you can write as many invoices as you like.

Cheating is cheating.. Parra came last when they cheated. So they shouldn't of been punished because it didn't help them?

Why no sanctions against the directors and ceo in charge when cheating? That seems a standard punishment. Even if they are no longer there surely they should be banned from future positions?

Shame to see Russell go, the only shining light in this sordid affair.

Common theme has been that those responsible not in the game anymore, not sure why Dino (the chair not Fred’s Dinosour dog) and Lyall are not mentioned. I agree those that are gone should be outed and banned.

Anyway, just my opinion

Poor Kent* has been going off about the Premiership apparently (I refuse to watch anything he is on or read his diatribe), has he been going off about the boss of the club at the time?
If he hasn't that's even more strange, he used to go off at Gorman all the time when he was at the Sharks, about anything.
Something just seems amiss

*Note: "Kent" is slang in the Sharks part of LU for another word.
