Sharks' tough trial

I couldn't give two hoots about trial results, remember we got smashed the year before last by the bunnies and went on to be equal first, but what concerns me is that the things that appeared obvious problems last year are still there.

What a croc of shyte.
If you want to have a crack at somebody who is arrogant & beligerant & comes from a lower socio economic back ground, have a crack REDBACK. He deserves it.
Pom is a good bloke & trys his guts out for the Sharks. He is neither beligerant, lazy or arrogant, so doesnt deserve the "class" humour you are dishing out.
You are a sniping clown.

There is nothing in that post that I would not say to Pommeroys face.

And,

as predictable Redback is with his persecution of Ricky,
you are as predictable with your antagonism with people who dont agree with you.

Its OK, I get it.
See you at the circus.

So let me get this right, you are calling the Pomm a dopey westy who would rather work in a fast food takeaway out west, rather than forge a career in the NRL? Correct?
And, you would walk up to him & say that?

you dumbass

the technique your talking about is rugby league 101 (for dummies).

thats something they teach kids between the ages of 5 and 8.

pomeroy's problem isn't technique, its laziness.

michelle is right, he has no motivation.

i have to say i have seen few centersa who put as much effort into busting the line as pom

he is mark mcgaw without mark mcgaww technique

his problem is not laziness - its ability

Yep I would.

Pommeroy has a thick skin.
Kinda like a skin made from size 14s with beetles in their mouth.

In fact, I would tell Ben that its about time he started using the mangina.

There is some truth to the short comings of his game I have read here.
Cant step before the line, only in space.
Not a natural hole runner
Cannot draw and pass.

In saying all that, he is an unmotivated c.

Off the bench in the backrow.
Not a centres ahole.

lol

look at this dumb f**k of a tool making it out like it is a personal joke between friends.

some of the things you have said about other races, shows just by reading it, the type of hatred you have built for certain races throughout your life and know that what you are saying is not a joke but your actual thoughts.

and the reality is, the majority in here know your a farkn moron.

is it that you know this and choose to ignore it or are you that farkn stupid, that you don't realise it?

i actually did a search to bring up all the nasty things you have said over time and came accross this beauty.

If anybody doesnt think that these types of attacks arent based on racial vilification, then think again.
On the hill on Sunday their was this red neck f**kwitt with a Sharks jersey on, who called Peach a Coon when he fell off richards.

that sort of hate for blacks exists in our supporter base & our club & this is not the first time over many years I have heard these things.

farkn lol'd hard when i read this one.

i feel sorry for you reefy, your a lonely man who thrives off making stupid comments without thinking on forums like this, trying to get yourself a fanbase of tools to follow your every word.

a true example of a keyboard hero.

i pity your miserable little soul.

i think thats enough taunting, i have wasted too much time on you as it is.

all the best in the future dude, i hope you grow up one day and become a decent human being.

harks Stewart Mills Injury Update
Monday, 15 February 2010

Scans today confirmed Stewart Mills will more than likely miss the remainder of the 2010 season with the Cronulla Sharks.
The local junior tore his right anterior cruciate ligament (knee) and broke his right fibula in the trial game against the Manly Sea Eagles last weekend and will need to undergo a knee reconstruction.
After a sensational opening 15 minutes, it was bitter blow for the former Yarrawarrah Tiger who was a shining light during his time on the field.
"It's a bit sore, it's more the ankle having a fracture in it," Mills said.
"I just want to get the surgery over and done with."
Earlier on in the match, a Manly break away from inside their own 20m line saw Mills run almost 100m from his right wing across to the left to make a try-saving tackle.
He then had a few promising runs before one too many saw his game end prematurely.
"I felt the same pain as the previous year when I did my other knee."
"I heard a pop noise and I obviously couldn't really get up at all. I just figured that I had done my ankle as well because of the sharp pain I had all the way up my leg."
"It's pretty hard, I guess I just have to deal with. I'm struggling at the moment but I'll get through it.
The injury came after Mills stepped inside the Manly defence only to be tackled awkwardly centremetres short of the try line as he clutched at his right leg in obvious pain.
He was taken off the field by a medi-cab and doctors today confirmed the unfortunate reality.
Mills was a part of Ricky Stuart’s apprentice squad, having shown enough skill, determination and potential to be earmarked as a Sharks NRL first grader this season.
"It's extremely disappointing for Millsy, but the club will be supporting him through his rehabilitation process," Stuart said.
"We’ve got big plans for him in the future, having recently upgraded his 2010 contract and he'll be in the top 25 for next season, he's a big part of our club."
"The boys are all rallying around him and I'm sure his mental toughness will get him through the recovery having come back from a similar injury last season."
As for a return to the field, Mills remains upbeat and positive.
"I could do [make a return].
"I guess we'll just have to see how it goes, I might be able to play a few games at the back end of the season, but it will depend on how hard i push it.
"I'm keen to get back on the field as soon as possible though."
Mills will see a specialist tomorrow.
