You're right. I will give up. We can continue not to maximise sales, have no sponsors and gradually get punted. Then people on the forum will whinge and complain things not done properly. We might be better run in Perth but I won't care at that point.
Meanwhile don't expect a sellout but it doesn't matter does it? After all what do we need money for.
So from your complaints in this thread , I get this from you -
1. You don't want to buy a Membership - fair enough but don't whinge when the NRL / Cronulla want to cater to people who do , first.
2. You want the Leagues Club Ticketek to open extraordinary hours , so you can get a ticket the night before the match - Ticketek have a website (you know , this interwebby thing), so you can buy tickets whenever you like.
3. You can't stand queues , so buying a ticket on the day is a hassle but would if you could go into the club to buy them - even though you said you don't want to walk too far from your car.
4. You want Season ticket holders to declare whether they are going to show , so you can use their seat.
5 . You have secured tickets to a game which will more than likely sell out but that's not good enough.
6. You think Cronulla are somehow trying to lose money by holding tickets for potential new memberships - even though all tickets have now been released & mostly sold.
7. You've been offered all sorts of advice in this thread but still want to whinge about how much of a hassle this all is.
Mate , I suggest you stay home & watch it on Foxsports , you can watch all 3 grades from the comfort of your couch , without having endure any of these hassles.
