Sharks v Saints Sellout

^^^ good point.

I bought good seats in the eastern concourse and they were $200 for the season. I can only get to about 5 or 6 games this year but it's worth it not to line up etc.

Yeah I definitely think its worth it. Takes the stress out of worrying if you are going to get a ticket, especially if you aren't sure what time you'll be able to get there.
We are in the eastern concourse as well. Perfectly located near half way line, toilets and bar. I love it!

General admission only left. Lets see if more get released later in the week. Pointing to a good turnout. Away bay sold out too.

As usual Southern Stand and Premium Concourse back on sale. This really shits me. I got crap tickets on the concourse and would have preferred Southern Stand. Unfunny joke. Just put what you have to sell at the start. Wonder if you can take tickets back and swap them?

buy a season ticket then.

Wife come back from work. Lady at work tried to get tickets this morning but sold out. Now not going. Case in point. 4 more lost ticket sales. The system works against people who only go now and then. Not just annoyed at this for myself. Ironically, CT, Mills and another player went to their work for a health presso. Created interest but lady going around telling people tickets gone. These people may go again if lured in once. We need to get these fair weather fang going. The diehards always go.

If they were going because of CT with the one direction haircut and Mills with the Porn star mo, they would have been bitterly disappointed looking at Sowards demented looking head when he runs out. They would never have come again;-)

You're right. I will give up. We can continue not to maximise sales, have no sponsors and gradually get punted. Then people on the forum will whinge and complain things not done properly. We might be better run in Perth but I won't care at that point.

Meanwhile don't expect a sellout but it doesn't matter does it? After all what do we need money for.

So from your complaints in this thread , I get this from you -

1. You don't want to buy a Membership - fair enough but don't whinge when the NRL / Cronulla want to cater to people who do , first.
2. You want the Leagues Club Ticketek to open extraordinary hours , so you can get a ticket the night before the match - Ticketek have a website (you know , this interwebby thing), so you can buy tickets whenever you like.
3. You can't stand queues , so buying a ticket on the day is a hassle but would if you could go into the club to buy them - even though you said you don't want to walk too far from your car.
4. You want Season ticket holders to declare whether they are going to show , so you can use their seat.
5 . You have secured tickets to a game which will more than likely sell out but that's not good enough.
6. You think Cronulla are somehow trying to lose money by holding tickets for potential new memberships - even though all tickets have now been released & mostly sold.
7. You've been offered all sorts of advice in this thread but still want to whinge about how much of a hassle this all is.

Mate , I suggest you stay home & watch it on Foxsports , you can watch all 3 grades from the comfort of your couch , without having endure any of these hassles.

Hey webbie, weren't you complaining after the Warriors game about the crowd being small?

Disagree with point 4.
Point 5. I could have got better seats by waiting!
Point 2. Don't think 4.15 on Saturday arvo before a game on Sunday is extraordinary hours.
Point 6. I don't think they are doing it on purpose.

I have Foxsports so may do in the future . Anyway thanks Panda , i can see my opinion is not widely shared and will go away.

I agree with Webbie on 1 thing. If hte tickets were available that he wanted he should have been able to get them.
I find a similar thing irritating. I went to a game a few yars ago & was GA. Met somebody there & decided to see if we could upgrade. Now, the GA was $20 or something & the concourse seat was $40. I asked if we could upgrade to concourse as wed only been in the ground 15 mins.
Not a chance in phucken hell.

Same happened to me Reefman. My wife and I had Ga tickets for first game last year and when I tried to upgrade, oh that can't be done apparently. Also never received my free ticket to Suncorp, that never arrived and noo answer to several emails. After 5 consectitive years I didn't renew my membership.

Me and the family are in the away bay, only seats left on Monday. Hopefully not the only sharks fans in there, especially with my unmerged tshirt on.

Don't worry too munch Pig. If you are the only Shark in the away bay you can back it in that you will be the smartest bloke in the area.
