yeah - as i said, woolies made the decision to take it to the police - i don't think the day-to-day police should be making judgements on what they then pursue if woolies are saying they want it pursued ..... cops are just doing their job here - its those big bloody grocery chains that we need to vent at .... screw you Woolworths!!!

yep see my edit... Im betting that Woolies will withdraw thier complaint and that will save the police making a decision.
The process is that if the complainant (woolies) want to pursue the matter, then its then up to the police to make decisions.
Police may be just doing their job but they do have safeguards as explained.... they can legally use common sense.

I can't see how you could forget either. The scanning machine even prompts you for the different payment methods. Sounds odd to me.
