The NRL dont get involved until we have come to basic terms, we need to agree on price and then what measures we will put into play for his rehabilitation.. then the NRL will make a call on whether its enough.

If we have dropped our price significantly he would have to consider a lot of other alternatives to the NRL before making a decision.

Articles everywhere saying it's a done deal, but has the dragons's brass actually said anything? Seems to be all hearsay and speculation to me.. I think he would be a big boost to our roster and as a marquee signing, he might help attract other top tier players..
