Well we never know. We'll see next year when he plays first grade.

No, I'm almost certain he finishes high school this year. So that'd make him at least 18 next year. That's probably the main thought behind not having him in reserve grade from the start of this year, he has enough on his plate as it is. So they let him do the Flegg thing before letting him have a few runs now.

It looks like Todd Maddison from Wests Rosellas will be signed for next year. Its probably the worst kept secret at the moment. He's a big strong lock/second rower who loves to score. He's just won the pointscoring in the rNRL this year by 2 country miles. He'll be the perfect backup for the backrowers we have, when origin time comes up for the likes of Simpson, and while Kirk Reynoldson gets settled on the bench he'll have talent breathing down his neck. Of course, the injuries we've had this year lends to having a deeper pool of backrowers anyway. His goalkicking is just a bonus.
