It was a obstruction until the useless pricks can axtually get consistant this will keep happening.

Thinking about it almost too much the only thing u can gather from it was they didn't rate the obstructed players any hope of stopping Foran, they may have or may not have but the benefit of the doubt goes to the refs opinion

Nob Jockey!

I am agreeing that Manly should not have won that match and that the final try should not have been given........and as I have already said because the refs are incompetent that is not Manlys or any other teams Fault

and if you read a couple of posts down from my original it explains why I mentioned that particular group of Morons

when you pull your head out of your arse, an apology will be gladly accepted

I don't agree with this whole the player obstructed was not near the play so it doesn't matter. Any player obstructed effects the whole defensive line. I heard some people that argue that Sutton was right there where the try was scored therefore no problem with him being obstructed, I can't help but think if he wasn't delayed he wouldn't have overrun the step back infield as he would have been in a better position.

Really I don't care if the NRL loses a few tries over the season and we have lower scoring games, any obstruction should just be a penalty straight away, every team runs this same block play and really it is getting boring and predictable.

Tough gig refereeing. You do a good job and your reward is not getting bagged. You make a few mistakes...

I don't think the standard is any worse than any other year. A players is forgiven for dropping a ball or two or missing a couple of tackles, even if a missed tackle leads to a try. A ref is reamed for making just one big error. As long as we have that human element, we will always have controversy week after week. Sometimes it will go in your club's favour, other times...not.

What really annoys me is video refs getting it wrong. Baffling.

Yep I agree with this, how the Video Refs get it wrong with the technology they have just absolutely floors me

The obstruction was a 50/50 call. The whingeathon is delicious.

There is no way that was a 50/50 call. That's as obvious an obstruction as you will see and the ref sent it up as a not try.

Not as bad as the call against the dogs but still pretty damn sh*t.

Yep well said, what also bugs me is when a ball goes up and the team that kicks it are blocked from getting to the catcher as you said any blocking should be an automatic penalty.......and while I am on a roll it also bugs me when a player is trying to run the ball away from their own line and throw themselves onto the ground without a hand being laid on them, what has happened to the voluntary tackle penalty

With all the fuss about the foran decision I think everyone has overlooked how bad a decision the to allow the bulldogs try where Sutton was blocked.

For mine foran was through and would have scored no matter what, he was too close to the line. whereas the bulldogs created the overlap by taking out Sutton. This gave them the opportunity to score where there wasn't that space to do so before.

Jizzer is the biggest hypocrite on the forum.

Hey shit for brains

I am agreeing with everybody else that we should not have won that match, and that the Cowboys were ripped off due to incompetent Reffs, which agrees with my sig

an apology will be gladly accepted :lol::lol:

No,they are Queenslanders so in general some of the sookiest f**kers on the face of the planet,i actually felt sorry for them until they kept up with this conspiracy bullshit now i'm glad we won a game we so badly deserved to lose

f**king crybabys it was just a season game, not like they got royally f**ked in a grand final and plus they won the 9s so its obvious theres no conspiracy against their precious club, pack of whingers

Yes that 9s win will be remembered through the ages. Such an important competition that it is.

Green handled it with class, can you imagine Toovs in the same scenario, his head would have exploded.

According to Archer it was okay, so time to move on, we have spoons to contend for!

There wouldn't have been an overlap if he was allowed to move across unimpeded.

The winger stays on his man & the play turns out totally differently.

Green was great but Tate on MMM yesterday was a disgrace. Pair that with the open media whinging from last year and you can hardly blame RL fans for having little sympathy for the Cowboys

You're a disgrace and in the very small minority

The small minority that remembers 4 series losses in a row means death of a concept, I'm glad our captain sees it how I do
