Watling in the two highest 6th wicket partnerships ever, not a bad effort that, and both backs against the wall efforts

There's the highest partnership for sixty wicket. A world record. And they just put in a plaque for McCullum and Watling v India

Very special performance that - who would have thought the NZ cricket team would give us 12 months of consistently very good, and courageous performances - feels like the 1980s

Great to get that wicket at least. Good bowling from Craig, and good captaincy from McCullum. Sangakarra will be out in the middle early tomorrow, I'd say…sets up an interesting final day.

Yeah courageous beating Pakistan after they were forced to play 5 back to back tests and a couple of players out

losing a test to WI isn't a good look either

beating SL and India in tests at home is hardly courageous stuff, SL attack is grade standard at best, Indias aint much better

NZ the brave

quality stuff, always expect that from Parramatta fans - but performances like these from your lads, get you lot all hot and bothered.

And to be fair, the Pakis had a pretty easy test series prior to the main even arriving :D

Very happy to see both young blokes proving themselves.

Team is building well.

Middle order looks good, bowlers coming on.

Just need some openers to stand up.

For the WC,
1. McCullum
2. Waitling
3. Williamson
4. Taylor
5. Latham
6. Neeshem
7. Anderson
8. Craig
9. Bracewell
10. Southee
11. Boult

Yeah Pakistan wore themselves out slapping around the Aussies. Sort of like a boxer who goes too hard in the warm up and leaves nothing for the fight.

Pakistan will learn from that. They just have to.

Bracewell, Craig and Watling won't be there

Guptill will pen, Ronchi keep. Vetorri and Nathan McCullum as spin. Then all bar one of Mills, McLeghnahan, Boult, Henry and Milne. Milne is consistently 150 so will probably edge Henry assuming Mills is fit. They could leave Boult out he has seldom been in odi sides

Can handle Dan for Craig....no Waitling is crazy, you take guys in form.

I would persist with Latham too, just protect him first.

They want a more explosive option down the order and Ronchi has been going well.

B Mac and Latham can also keep at a pinch.

There is confidence we'll go well I saw Mark Waugh saying NZ will go well but lack pace. He obviously hasn't seen Milne, isn't he a selector?
