You didn't answer my question

If the 7's were reversed does the result change?

IF... IF ... IF..

Results are done..

He outplayed them.

Convincingly. I don't give a shit about your stats...

You talk about watching a game twice and than forming your opinion...

Maybe go back and watch the last two soo series to date twice...

Dce has won all the big moments. His kicking game has been better.. his big plays have been better..

The only stat that matters is that qld are winners...

Yes and no. I think coaching has had far more to do with it

Nailed it.

Take game 1

On Nathan's right side

Frizzell held up
Teddy doesn't pass to an open JAC
Teddy is later held up.

Are we saying Cleary had a bad game if those outside made those plays?

QLD scored the last 2 tries due to Munster running across field to target an out of position Hynes.

Then a hopeful bomb going up a prop stealing from a fullback giving it too Munster.

Tonight was targeting a hooker defending out of position for the most part.

Walsh had a couple of nice touches to lay on some tries.

This hasn't been a free flowing series, Very few actual good tries have been scored. Comes down to some errors and great team footy

So Munster has had no big plays?

Or Ponga last year or Walsh this year?

Yes as a team they have iced the moments but no one particular player has dominated.

Nor is 1 particular player to blame for NSW losing

Players still have to go out there and perform

Who is arguing they don't?

I am saying that You replace Cleary or Moses with Joey and NSW still lose.

There are many factors outside of just a 7.

Just look at kicking. He could do the best kick but a poor chase and the kick means nothing.

Hence why it is very difficult for a 7 alone to change the result

You are never ever wrong haha.

If there's one thing I know for certain after posting and reading on these forums for 10 years it's you just can't deal with being wrong.

You'll give it to everyone if their opinion doesn't align with yours but if it's the other way you can't handle it.

Mate the proof is in the pudding.. you look like a goose trying to make excuses for players or tell people dce hasn't done anything special.

Stats only are worth a grain of salt if you have the result to back it up... they mean nothing otherwise.

Dce has so so so easily outplayed nsw halves the last 2 years.

For whatever reason that may be you can make your mind up... and that is up for opinion and debate...

But he's been easily the best 7 at soo level

You've been a bit cranky towards Franklin lately. Everything ok at home mate?
Well actually no it’s not.

My wife who is the most passionate Panthers fan imaginable does it tough health wise.

So sadly things aren’t great but that has nothing to do with my opposing views on what Lamback/Franklin posts.

She doesn’t know anything about this forum, thankfully, she would be appalled if she did because she is only ever sees the positive around our club.

Sadly her health issues currently prevent her from being able to attend our home games which is tough given our family have had season tickets for over 30 years.

It is what is , not any fault of Lamback or Franklin. Nor you. I just have differing opinions. Never suggest I am right. I’m just a fan like anyone else,

Hahahha

Joey would never ever have let the team be directed around by a lock fmd...

He owned the game... he commanded the ball...

That's the difference and I've been saying it for 18-24 months...

Nath is to stuck in the structure... he plays his best footy off the cuff but that happens 15% of the time.

Nsw looked there best tonight when Moses had early ball and he played off the cuff... shame it only happened 3 or 4 times..

I didn't think the QLD halves were that good. Better than ours of course but not by much.

DCE was counting how many francs he could earn playing fly-half in rugby. Munster was more concerned with whether his favourite seat in front of the Pharoahs Fortune poker machine was taken. All they had to do was play to the right and destroy a hapless Damien Cook and it was a winning play all night.

So yes they are a clear level above Mitchell Pearce. But this wasn't a game of the halves. It was lost before it started.

where have I said I am right, We having a discussion both explaining our opinions that is all

back to the discussion

I am not using stats, here

Take tonight.

Reece Walsh in the line. Moses puts a grubber in. NSW get a drop out
2nd tackle NSW go left Cook/JAC mix up and ball into touch.

1st set of the 2nd half

Moses puts up a decent bomb. Lands on the 10m line perfect spot to pin a team.
Martin is the only chaser falls off the tackle
Walsh runs 50m
They score that set.

There is 2 examples of the 7 doing what he should but others not doing what they should and the play come undone

Across these 2 series that is the basic stuff QLD has done well. Kick chase especially

DCE is 34. Halves don't peak until 28 or 29 so he will naturally be the better player. He wasn't a regular in the side until 2019 so he has a more rounded game then others.

That is why I wanted Reynolds for NSW but after that performance it wouldn't of mattered

He gets directed by the Fullback, Who is a senior player and captain.

Decent coaching can fix that

Pretty much. A prop got Man of the match tonight

NSW's best has been Haas

That sums it up really

I should just add, wife and I are travelling down to Melbourne next week firstly to visit our son who resides there but at the same time to see our team play the Storm.

Ironically, we can see our team against the Storm because the Stadium, Marvel Stadium, is wheelchair friendly. Something our current stadium is not. So anytime I read posts from our fans suggesting our current home stadium is fine and dandy I can assure you it is not. It is far from fine and dandy. It is appalling in all aspects.

The proposed new stadium is not about accomodating Mr and Mrs Kilkenny it is about providing a stadium for the benefit of the greater western Sydney going forward.

That is my point.

People let their hatred of Luai as a person. Cloud the player judgement

6 tackle busts
1 of the 2 line breaks we had

It doesn't work because it doesn't have the same effort.

Take the bomb 1st set of the 2nd half, Martin was the only chaser. In NRL footy we have 5 or 6 everytime
To be honest Martin wasn't chasing the balls kicked, he was chasing ready to pummel anyone who caught it, well done to him, i felt no one wanted to chase after any bombs to re gather

I'm sorry to hear about your wife being so unwell.

I'm in a similar situation. Can't get to games live unless I have my adult children with me.

Mate put whatever spin you want, you believe you are the man, the true authority on here.

Your not.

Your full of shit, you think your better than the rest of us.

You’ve displayed that time and time again.

Your hypocrisy is breathtaking,

Well said. Like water torture.

That is how it seemed all night.

A couple NSW knocked back there was no one there.

Atleast twice Munster fielded a good kick in goals and got back into the field from a poor chase.

Luai put on dead
Moses had that poor kick that Collins fielded but the rest of the kicks landed on the spot, Just a poor chase or no intentsity let them down

Go f**k yourself you useless old prick.

This is the biggest load of shit here.

When have I said that? Point me to where I have said you or @Girds89 were wrong?

As others wakeup, Hopefully they add their thoughts and we get a discussion on DIFFERENT opinions.

After all this is a discussion forum
