Confirmed..passed away this morning from a massive heart attack on his way home from a morning boxing class.

THe circumstances are not important, but he was not on the way home SE. either way, it's a tragedy and whilst my head is still spinning from this, it should serve as a lesson to all of us to get stuck into each day as if it's your last.
