But yes. I have major issues with them as a Christian. They've had a particularly destructive impact on Christianity due to their worship style and prosperity theology. As a guy studying to be a pastor, its quite confronting to see the way Brian and Bobby live their life. They've really distorted the understanding of money as the bible has said.

The idea that God rewards those who give money to the church with more money is more in line with the cult of Mammon than with the gospel of Jesus the Christ.

Apart from working every weekend he gets private health insurance, a car, a house, a cook, a cleaner, a secretary, a retreat a few times a year ( I think it is like a holiday where he just thinks about god ) plus a you say job security. Of course he has the issue of poverty and chasity to contend with

He isn't living in poverty - he has everything he needs. Chastity is more his issue, I'd say. Marriage is one of the massive blessings in life; not everyone is designed for it to be sure, but to suggest a priest has to give up such an opportunity is, to me, against what the bible said. The High Priests in the Jews married; the reasoning behind priests in the Catholic church not being allowed to is faulty.
