Just got back from a diatetes clinic. Missus MKEB... gone on a insulin pump today, bejaysus there is so many formulas for blood sugar corrections, sent my head spinning. More respect for her condition than normal ...which was a lot anyway...
and to think she has been having to do those equations to have decent blood sugar levels for 20 plus years is mind blowing...more of an eye opener than I would ever have expected, and we have been together for 15 years. Ordinarily she would ask me to help with her sums, and I would rattle them off not understanding.... I understand them more now... but shit that is a lot....and I work with numbers all day

It's four hours of work, thank you very much. I am seated for the first two hours, but the next two hours will involve a great deal of standing, talking, and pacing about. It's arduous.
