Libraries help me focus. If I'm studying at home I always leave everything to the last minute because I find a million ways to distract myself. If when I'm in Melbourne I dedicate entire trips into the city just to go to the library and study it'll help me focus and do things before the final 24 hours.

I think Oz is the best country on earth and Melbourne the best city in that country but even I can agree there's many awesome places on the planet. I hope once I get my life in Melbourne up and running I can plan an overseas trip.

I dream of driving from Los Angeles to New York City and exploring each other worthwhile place on the way. I'd love to do that on my own. And when (or if) I get a serious girlfriend I'd like to explore Asia and Europe as part of a couple.

All you experienced flyers, does anyone have a recommendation when picking out of Qantas and Virgin? Assuming times are a non issue and the fares are more or less the same.

With so much in the news in recent months about plane crashes I feel like I'm having a sliding doors moment. There was a Singapore Airlines flight just a few miles behind MH17. What if I pick the wrong one out of Qantas and Virgin?

Or maybe I'm just being a big drama queen.
