According to the judge he "could not have foreseen possibility that Reeva was behind the door."

Wasn't the wording more the he didn't foresee the possibility, not couldn't?

"The accused didn't see the possibility that he would kill whoever was behind the door (really? Like....really?), let alone realise it was the deceased"...

Two different statements I think. It was paraphrased though by someone on Twitter.

Just going to fire a few shots through this door here, what could possibly go wrong?

Does everybody here remember what their first phone was? I remember I wanted a Nokia 5110 so badly in 1999 when they exploded onto the market. There was a huge order and backlog from the phone store though, and they had too much demand than supply. When I eventually got in, they were discontinued... so I got the 3210. I honestly thought that was the best thing since sliced bread back then.

How the times have changed!

Not this exact one, but one pretty much like it.

My Dad worked for Telstra (well, it was Telecom back in those days) and they gave it to him for free.
He never used it so he gave it to me. It was so bloody big and heavy - I had to attach the antenna to the top whenever I wanted to make a call.

After that I didn't have a phone for a while. Then I got the Nokia 5110.

Fair enough. Either way, the part about not considering that shooting four hollowpoints in the general direction of a human being could kill them is a dumb statement

Personally, I reckon he's a f**ked up guy...but whatever happened I don't believe he intended to kill her. Whether he honestly did believe she was an intruder, or he had some sort of psychotic break, or whatever else...he's clearly not all there IMO.

I still find it pretty bizarre you wouldn't have a general idea of where you partner is in such a situation although I haven't been following it all that closely.

TGIF muthers

If, by that you are using a shortened version of the phrase "mother f**kers", what about those of us who have yet to fornicate with a mother?

If however you are referring purely to mothers, despite your mildly inaccurate spelling, what about those of us who are yet to be mothers, or are fathers, or are neither, or are both?
