I didn't think it was intentional until Sione turned his head to avoid it and Carroll used his other hand to do the same thing.

I believe Sione didn't complain because he wants to clean up his act and prove himself.

Looked pretty bad, real shame too as he played very well I thought.

This has to do with a similar situation between the same 2 teams. An illegal incident orrured where the player involved originaly protested to the referee and when asked for a report denied.

Leaving the offending player with no case to answer.

If a player bite another & there was video evidence & the judicury did nothing, then they f*cked up. But in this case it was for all to see.

Why don't players usually go on with it and make a complaint on the field? I know people say all that tough guy crap and the "what happens on the field stays on the field" line, but if that's the case, don't mention it in the first place

You have to get technical with these kind of things.
When guys go in for spear tackles the clubs employ all kinds of specialists to deal with how they were lifted etc.
He will end up doing time, but not 6 weeks
