One thing I couldn't help but notice about Simms , Frizzell and De Belin were there tummies or lack of . Just a straight flat muscled abs stomach , a bit like my own and the rest of you blokes no doubt .

One can see the hard work that they have put in to be super fit this year and as a result of that their ever so damaging defence . Keep the good work up boys and you will go deep into this years premiership .

Joel Thompson is a reserve grader compared to Sims.

Thompson was a passenger, and he's still a passenger at Manly. Barely made tackles, barely took hit ups, ran good line, that's about it.

Thompson off our books was music to my ears. What were Manly doing?

Sims is clearly the inform backrower in the competition. I'd have him come off the bench and play in the middle for Origin.
I agree with you about Thompson. When he left, I said that he was no great lose. I said that either Leilua or Host would be better than him in 12 months time, but then Mary gave Simms first crack at Thompson's position and it has turned out to be a masterstroke.

I never understood so many of our fans on this site having such a high opinion of Thompson. I agree that Simms is the inform secondrower in the comp too. I would start with him as one secondrower if I was coach.

I saw the footage of the team song in the dressing room.

All the side look fit and ripped.

The team is in good shape this year. No wonder we are 7-1.

If we had 17 Tariq Sims in our team we would win the comp easy.
He has aggression, speed, excellent tackling skills. He is big he strong.
If only we could bring back all his brothers back to the Dragons.

People sometimes get passion confused with ability.
