Storm are similar level to us in the forwards a strong front row and dummy half but very inexperienced everywhere else in the forwards.

Outside backs is quite similar probably only just got them just covered on experience.

Could you not say the 19 year old is taking advantage of the 83 year old? and that it is foul and predatory behaviour as well?

Our 1st round team offers no real surprises, though our bench looks like a balsa alternative over the plywood bench that we had last year. Time will tell like it always does.

I think there is a stronger case for selecting Jake than previously considering;
. Drown post injury and seriously underdone in his only trial game.
. Hodgo shouldnt be playing 80 given his importance and injury history. Fatigue can be a significant factor to re injury one might reason.
Baffling but BA got us to a GF so what do we know.

Russel perhaps but not a guarantee over Simmonson.

This is a huge opportunity for Bryce. He as gained the most from Matterson and Lane being out. He gets 3 games to outplay Doorey. If he does he may force his way into our top 17 even when Matterson and Lane are fit.

Of all our 2nd row options he is one guy who if was able to out it together has the ball skills to create havoc. The thought of Hopgood,Matterson,Lane,Bryce,Jnr in the forwards and trying to stop the offloads would be an absolute nightmare.
