I just checked and we are actually still favourites with the bookies. I think we are a sniff but what in the world.
We’ve come in following the Origin squad announcements and the team list drop - we were well outsiders in the original odds.

It's refreshing what a fresh set of eyes brings to a team.

It's why the calls to get rid of BA have been there for the last period and it had to be done and New coach moving forward was way overdue.

It's taken Barrett 1 game to identify Lussick wasn't up to it.

Lane has been woeful for 18 months let's give him a new role off the bench and he played his best game of the year I thought on Saturday.

BA was too loyal to certain players for too long and his stubbornness to adapt and change was obvious to see.

Kelma looks like he will be given a run in the starting 13 on Lane's edge to see what he can do.

It's good and it's refreshing.

I'm pretty sure Barrett has been watching all the games this year?? So possibly his decision isn't based on 1 game?

I like it.

Lussick out, Joffa starting (where his workhorse nature is best used), Emu back, Lane punted to the bench...

I'd probably have Makatoa start over Paulo, but other than that, it's good.

Sivo scored one try on the weekend that no other winger in our club would have scored.
Until we can replace him or change our style to not need a winger to barge over from 10-15 out, beating or taking 2 players with him, Sivo has a spot.

But there's two sides to the game of rugby league, and Sivo is terrible on the other side of the coin ...

Sivo has just been broken by the BA bash and barge style. Poor merkin was just getting smashed each week as teams knew he would run straight and hard, and just gang tackle him. Hopefully he can now maybe try to step before contact or even pass if he's gonna get smashed and has someone in support. I still think he's an above average winger, but his confidence is shattered.
