I love the cat too Lynchy, but what else could I do? I had to win.

The door is open now, pussy can come and go as he pleases.

But It was a sacrifice I had to make to win.

In real life ( ie the world we live in) he could well be as guilty as sin. If so, then I think that he is a very bad person.

The Police have charged him because they think he is guilty. They certainly do not think he is innocent. They are pressing ahead, hell for leather. They think he has a case to answer.

He has AVO out on him to protect the alleged victim because the court thought he might be guilty or he put his hand up.

Hes on bail as well isnt he? How many times does he report to the cops a week?

Unless you were there and saw what happened, you really cant say he is innocent.

Right. But the police do not make judgements on guilt or innocence. They only gather evidence and show that there is a basis for a case. The courts will decide if he is guilty or innocent, but until such a time he is innocent until proven guilty.

He has confused facts with law for a start.

Just because someone is regarded as innocent at law doesnt mean they didnt committ the crime.

The number of years in gaol refelcts the seriousness of the alleged crime. This is not a pick pocket job.
