Team vs Raiders

Watching NSW Cup on the weekend and noticing how small Moses is was shocking. He is legit tiny. If he played NRL at that size he would be the most frail NRL player I have ever seen. Even Campbell, Hodgson & Roy f**king Bell had more size than him.

And plenty of idiots are calling for this 80kg five eight to be thrown to the wolves alngside Brooks in what would be the smallest, weakest and youngest halves combo in the comp.

Will be 85-88kg next year and more durable.

Talked to a fella I know through work today who lives with Gavet, said he's hoping to be back next week or the one after. He's Definately injured so can we stop with the conspiracy theories.

I think Moses is ready and anyone stating any differently is just stating a BS opinion which to be fair is the same as my BS opinion.

He is handling state cup and to me should be given a chance a.s.a.p. in the top grade. Once he is there then we will see how he goes.

He is HANDLING state cup. He isn't playing that well to warrant a call up. Along with this lack of brilliant form, he is too small anyway. There's no way he deserves FG at this stage, that's more fact than opinion.

I have no doubt Moses will one day partner Brooks in FG,he may even perform well now if given a taste of FG for a game or two, but i would be surprised if he would be able to cope with the physical challenge and weekly grind of NRL at this stage of his career.

I'm not saying it's a good idea to play Moses in first grade, I haven't seen him play this year and have no idea what he is capable of but I was wondering, how much difference is there between Mitchell Moses now and Daniel Mortimer in 2009 ? He was small and inexperienced yet they made it to the Grand Final that year.

I saw him play last weekend and made the following observations:

- extremely gifted player, kicking game was awesome;
- very talkative on the field, gives direction to those around him;
- is probably 80kgs dripping wet, but looks like he will fill out some.

VB cup players are smaller than NRL players. Keith Lulia looked like tarzan out there (but still played like Jane). There's little doubt Moses would get steamrolled in the NRL as he is skinny. A wise decision would be to wait until next year with him.

I would say we could consider playing Moses outside Fulton if he was fit. Guys like Patterson and Thompson are suspect defenders and I could never see them protecting Brooks and Moses the way Tony Carroll used to shield Lockyer.

As bad as Braith is it would be crazy to enter a finals series with 2 teenage halves. Austin deserves the 6 for the rest of this year

This never gets old. A gust of wind could blow him over. He looks like a kitted-up fan posing with Scott Logan.

Quick mother f**ker but.

I haven't seen Moses play much however he has never looked like he was getting dominated physically and his passing game looks great as well.

He looks like a quality player to me.

He is a quality player. His slight frame could see him get injured easily.

Remember Benji's first few seasons?

We can't afford to have that happen with Moses

Doesn't matter what we on the forum think, barring injury, Anasta will be 6 until round 26, his career will finish the same day as Tigers 2014 title hopes

If he plays every game, could some solace be got from the fact that if we miss the finals, he'll finish his career on 297 career games?
