We'll see how we go this weekend but some of the selections just baffle me considering their performances over long periods of last year and even in the trials.
As good as we supposedly think they are, the depth just isn't there in our squad at the moment and with our most experienced players being controlled by a raw and new combo spine, it doesn't fill me with much optimism when looking deeper into it and our season ahead.
I very much hope they can punch above their weight and sneak a top 8 spot but with another club reset again means a year where it's gonna take time to settle on a solid 17 each week and last weeks loss would have put a huge dent in their confidence right off the bat.
We are in a very similar spot as the Tigers as far as rebuilding goes and the results after Round 1 confirmed it.
Right now, I can accept a loss this weekend as long as Sonny boy gets sat on his ass again lol!.
Come on boys...FIRE UP!.
