Good old Benji often runs up out of our defensive line and even past their attacking line tnd leaves a huge hole and an overlap then the other defender will be considered to have missed a tackle.

Did you forget to take your meds? Do I have to spell it out? I'm disgusted by the state of the club. The Widdop situation just being the tip of the iceberg and very much typical of the incompetent idiots who been running the club for the last 5 years. But I'm not going to jump ship. I will take more of an interest in the more entertaining sides like Canberra and Warriors until Widdop and McGregor are gone and the rebuild begins.

I still think something is going on behind the scenes. Jazz Tavanga and Lolohea are in NSW Cup now. One of Roberts, Taylor or Elgey are going to be in QLD Cup next year. The 3 of them would be a god send provided one of them replaces Widdop. If not, Widdop will manage to screw them up.

We all know McGregor is an incompetent idiot but he has watched the games this year too. It's inconceivable he doesn't know how bad Widdop has been.

He hasn't played too many games so watch them all and then make an honest appraisal because it happens in every single game.
No doubt you will look just like others at the 1 or 2 big hits now and then but its not actually about them its about the regular everyday ones.

Very amusing indeed just as well my bladder was empty when I read your post..

Overlaps in the modern game so often mean no tackle at all so just another stat to consider.

I remember talking to an ex Balmain player years ago and he said that the worst thing that could happen when playing against the Dragons was to get a 2 on 1 on Changa..

I asked who so and he said the attacking side always new one of them was going to get smashed or coat hangered.

Ah those were the days no stats and life was pretty enjoyable really.

Personally #8 is my favorite!

Anyway, There must be something going on behind the scenes we are not privy too. As incompetent as McGregor is, there is no way he could get rid of Marshall but keep Widdop as things stand as we know them. Not saying he wasn't justified in getting rid of Marshall and Rein for that matter as well. But not get rid of Widdop??? That makes no sense at all. As I said previously, jumping out of the way of opposition ball runners is actually the least of his problems.
