I prefer his vocals. What about this Finish, are his albums on Itunes? I might check him out.
who'd want to ?
The band I had back then "Earth Star" opened the Tanelorn Festival in October 1981.
he filled in for Bonzo in a live Led Zepplin show after Bonzo died and he changed the entire sound of the band
never rated him as a drummer
He's actually a pretty good drummer with a distinctive sound and style.
Not many drummers around when you hear the drums know who it is.
This. Matt Finish - Short Note. One of my all time fav albums. Plays well 30 years later.
Sunnyboys - I'd travel all around Sydney to see them. I loved the early 80's post punk scene.
Me too. Loved that band. Just on Jeremy Oxley, he was one hell of a mad merkin, that's for sure. A mate of mine back in the day used to be in his other band after the Sunnyboys, and we used to go drinking with him often, so suffice to say I saw some pretty out there behavior by him. But overall he is a nice guy, just a pity he has schizophrenia which essentially destroyed his brilliant career.
Phil's drumming must be good if Gorillas are taking after him.
Twiz will hate this then.

That song is prob the most recognisable beat along with wipe out
The Cockroaches (aka Wiggles) used to start their gigs with that instrumental.
They were a fun surfie band. Like The Riptides (aka Gang Gajang).
OK I didn't know Jeremy wasn't well.
His sister Melanie was in a band called Sparklers and and had a really beautiful voice. I have the (self titled?) album at home.
i dont get the whole lining up thing if you want something pre-order it or wait till it hits the shelves they are always having midnight game releases
