He's actually a pretty good drummer with a distinctive sound and style.
Not many drummers around when you hear the drums know who it is.

Me too. Loved that band. Just on Jeremy Oxley, he was one hell of a mad merkin, that's for sure. A mate of mine back in the day used to be in his other band after the Sunnyboys, and we used to go drinking with him often, so suffice to say I saw some pretty out there behavior by him. But overall he is a nice guy, just a pity he has schizophrenia which essentially destroyed his brilliant career.

OK I didn't know Jeremy wasn't well.

His sister Melanie was in a band called Sparklers and and had a really beautiful voice. I have the (self titled?) album at home.

The Cockroaches (aka Wiggles) used to start their gigs with that instrumental.

They were a fun surfie band. Like The Riptides (aka Gang Gajang).

Yes she had a very beautiful voice and on the few times that I met her, she was always very nice and down to earth, like all the Oxley's really.

the other guy who we've never heard of was better than him, Collins is only well known because he sung for Genesis, if he only played the drums we would never have heard of him

any average teenager can play what those two guys are playing
