Her partner is Aram Hosie, a transgender person (born a woman but who identifies as a man) who campaigns for gay rights.

A quick Google search of 'Louise Pratt gay' confirms their assumption that she is.

Aram Hosie is not transgender, he is a 'trans man' - that is someone who has NOT had surgery for 'gender correction' (the politically correct terminology!!), who is, for all intents and purposes a man, but who calls himself a woman.

It's weirder than you thought....

I had a young girl work for me once upon a time, who came from a few generations of her family being provided with Housing Commission.

She came in one day to announce her simultaneous engagement and resignation. She said that she had to give the job away so they could qualify for a housing commission house for when they move out togther. :crazy:
